The copyright and all other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the System are the property of Aries Training & Information Systems Ltd. The System may only be used by authorised parties for the purpose of producing fund growth and income drawdown illustrations for personal pension scheme members and prospective members in the UK. Save as aforesaid, no part of the System may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying and recording, for any purpose without the express written permission of Aries Training & Information Systems Ltd.
The Aries SIPP Illustration System is intended for and must only be used by persons having the requisite practical experience in professional pensions work in the UK. The System deals with the calculations required within the framework of UK law and practice for Personal Pension illustrations, but does not cover all the possible variations of contributions, benefits and other features which may exist under the rules of particular pension schemes or contracts. The System itself does not give financial advice, and is not designed to do so.
